On Saturday 11 January 2025, Job Booster Benin organised an information workshop to present the African Talent Abroad (TAI) scheme. The event, which brought together 21 young graduates, was aimed at raising awareness of this innovative scheme and helping young people to seize the opportunities it offers.
TAI Bร‰NIN aims to enhance the employability of young graduates in the UEMOA region, promote the internationalisation of businesses and stimulate trade.
This scheme offers young graduates the opportunity to carry out voluntary work assignments in companies lasting between 12 and 24 months, enabling them to gain solid professional experience and develop an extensive professional network.

Next steps:
Young people interested in the TAI project can now go to the online platform to create their profile and apply for assignments as soon as they are launched.
Job Booster Benin offers personalised support sessions to interested young people to help them register on the platform and prepare for their interviews.
The Director of Job Booster Benin and TAI coordinator CEPHISE BEO AGUIAR are delighted with the success of the workshop and stress the importance of supporting the professional integration of young people in Africa.
