On Tuesday 14 January 2025, Job Booster Benin, in collaboration with TAI BรNIN, organised an exchange and information workshop in the Zรจ commune, in the TANGBO district, to present the African Talents Abroad (TAI) scheme.
๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฬ ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ (๐๐๐) BรNIN aims to strengthen the employability of young graduates in the UEMOA region, promote the internationalisation of businesses and stimulate trade.
This scheme offers UEMOA companies the opportunity to internationalise their businesses (services) and young people to
the opportunity to undertake voluntary work placements in companies lasting between 12 and 24 months, enabling them to gain solid professional experience and develop an extensive professional network.
Job Booster Benin offers personalised support sessions to interested companies to help them register on the platform and express their need for qualified staff.
The Director of Job Booster Benin and the coordinator of the TAI scheme, CEPHISE BEO AGUIAR, are delighted with the success of this workshop and the presence of all the representatives of the processing units from Tori, Toffo and Zรจ, members of RรฉTAB.
