Aplahouรฉ, the capital of the Couffo department, is celebrating an important milestone in the empowerment of its women.
After intensive training culminating in the practice of ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐, 20 women entrepreneurs received their certificates, marking the end of their apprenticeship in modern agri-food processing techniques.
This initiative was conceived and developed by Job Booster BeninThe aim is to build the economic capacity of local women by giving them the skills they need to modernise the processing of local agricultural produce, particularly fruit.
Participants learned effective processing techniques, strict food hygiene methods and marketing strategies to ensure their products are competitive on the market.

In their speeches, the officials praised the commitment of the women and the importance of this training for their autonomy and the development of the community.
