The operational phase of the development of social enterprises (SSEs) by Job Booster Benin is a crucial stage in the transformation of ideas into businesses or concrete projects with a positive impact on Beninese society.
Following the Forum of Young SSE Leaders organised by GSEF (Global Forum for Social and Solidarity Economy) in Yamoussoukro on 29, 30 and 31 October, and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Day on 25, 26 and 27 November, Job Booster Benin has launched the first steps with the young people it supports to keep up the momentum.
Following training on techniques for identifying business ideas and writing business plans, many innovative ideas were put forward by young people.
Once the project ideas had been analysed and validated by our experts, the young entrepreneurs received training in start-up techniques with limited resources. Following this training, Job Booster Benin set up intensive personalised support. This support has led to the launch of a number of initiatives by young people, including :
1 - The ๐๐๐ initiative ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
This initiative, involving 50 young people (mostly students from the University of Abomey-Calavi), aims to facilitate access to the market for pineapple juices produced by SMEs and pineapple processing units that are members of the Benin pineapple processors' network (RรฉTAB), supported by Job Booster Bรฉnin.
2- The ๐๐จ๐ initiative ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ
This initiative brings together 15 young people committed to the development of home and office cleaning services, as well as car and motorbike washing, Express and home services.
These young people have already signed 3 contracts with three local companies.
The year 2025 looks very promising for the young people of Benin who have put their trust in Job Booster Benin.
