Job Booster Social Enterprise Benin's approach is part of its drive to unite all development players and state institutions around concrete actions that have a real impact on the people of Benin, particularly young people and women.
Discussions focused on the benefits of the various reforms carried out by the Beninese government to restructure and consolidate the crafts sector in the Republic of Benin, and on the key actions planned by CMA-Benin to promote and strengthen the crafts sector in Benin as part of its vocational training and apprenticeship strategy.
It should be noted that the CMA-BรNIN was set up on 27 September 2022 as a result of ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฅ'๐๐ญ๐๐ญ ๐.๐.๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐'s desire to modernise the craft sector. CMA-Benin's mission is to represent and promote the sector and protect the interests of Beninese craftspeople and craft businesses in dealings with local authorities and national, sub-regional and international bodies.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ฬ๐ง๐ข๐ง works for the socio-economic development of Benin through the promotion of decent employment, entrepreneurship and the sustainable economic development of SMEs. Indeed, JBSE-Bรฉnin sees its mission as perfectly in line with the vision of CMA-BรNIN. It is therefore up to it to contribute its expertise to support CMA-BรNIN in its mission and stimulate the growth of craft activities. JBSE-Benin is developing an approach that aims to help entrepreneurs unleash their creative and economic potential.
At the end of the meeting, prospects were defined for activities to benefit Benin's craftspeople.
