𝗨𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲́𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝘂

In an atmosphere of determination and will, the 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻 (𝗝𝗕𝗦𝗘-𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡) team warmly welcomed a delegation from 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐉𝐁𝐁) on Tuesday 2 April 2024, led by Abel BORORI, Project Manager Benin and 𝗖𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗵𝘂𝗶𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. The aim of this long-awaited meeting is for both parties to explore specific links for fruitful collaboration and joint intervention for greater socio-economic impact.
Stemming from the same vision supported by 𝑭𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑵𝒆́𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒅 𝒆𝒏 𝑫𝒂𝒂𝒅 and Job Booster Social Entreprise Netherlands, these two initiatives, one "Project" and the other "Enterprise", work with dedication to improve the socio-economic conditions of the populations, 𝑒𝑛 𝑓𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑙'𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑒̀𝑠 𝑎̀ 𝑢𝑛 𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑜𝑖 𝑑𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑒, 𝑙𝑎 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑒𝑡 𝑙𝑒 𝑑𝑒́𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑑𝑒 𝑙'𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑎𝑡 𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑖 𝑞𝑢𝑒 𝑙𝑒 𝑑𝑒́𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑠𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑜-𝑒́𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑞𝑢𝑒 𝑑𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒. However, their customers differ somewhat, depending on their respective visions. Job and Business Booster focuses more on the most vulnerable fringes of society who need support to get started and who are able to make a fair contribution in exchange for the services received, while Job Booster Social Enterprise focuses more on economic players and on the more or less emancipated or non-emancipated category of customers looking for support to get started or to increase their entrepreneurial initiative. JBB also works on the influence of policies and systemic changes in the youth employment and entrepreneurship environment.
In order to ensure that JBB's impact is complementary and sustainable, Job Booster Social Entreprise will be associated with or will take over from Job and Business Booster in order to support the follow-up and sustainability of the results of Job and Business Booster's work.
As a privileged partner of Job Booster Projet, Job Booster Enterprise spearheads the consolidation of skills and the achievement of a lasting impact.
During this meeting, which was rich in constructive exchanges, both parties reaffirmed their determination to work hand in hand to achieve greater impact.

Thanks to this solid collaboration and this rational distribution of roles, there is no doubt that the next combined interventions of these two major players in socio-economic development will result in considerable benefits for the beneficiary populations. A radiant future is taking shape, supported by this union of forces aimed at offering real prospects for fulfilment for all.
