We believe that every person can use these gifts and talents for the benefit of our society.<br \/>\nIn many low and middle-income countries, we see that talent is  inadequately developed or not developed at all, and organizations are struggling to find and employ the right talent.<\/p>\n<p>We support talented young people and make the match between their talents and openings in the market.
