A training course on entrepreneurship was held on Saturday 10 February 2024 at Job Booster Benin's national headquarters.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Theme: From researching a project idea to creating a sustainable business.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The main objective of this training is to develop a taste for entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship in the broad sense), to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship in a mercantile sense, with the aim of making a profit) and to teach participants effective tools and strategies for identifying good business ideas and, finally, strategies for starting up frugally and successfully.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This entrepreneurial training programme developed by Job Booster Benin is structured and aims to equip young people and women with the skills and mindset needed to identify and launch new sustainable businesses in order to :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  1. combating youth unemployment in Benin ;<\/li>\n
  2. create wealth ;<\/li>\n
  3. and make an effective contribution to Benin's socio-economic development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Starting at 9.00 a.m. instead of 8.30 a.m., due to a number of delays, the training course brought together a number of young people and women, graduates, non-graduates, unemployed people and employees looking for know-how and interpersonal skills to help them set up and grow their businesses.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The various speakers, Mr Renaud ITOO, Serena AWONON, Fulgence ELEGBEDE and the Director of Job Booster Benin developed the following modules:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    • How and where can I find a good business idea?<\/li>\n
    • What is the BMC, its role and a presentation of its 9 Blocks.<\/li>\n
    • Introduction to writing a coherent and convincing business plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
      At the end of the various presentations, the participants expressed their satisfaction (see videos) and promised not to miss any more of the training courses that Job Booster Benin will be organising for young people, women and entrepreneurs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
      \n

      The theme of the training course to be held on Saturday 17 February has already been shared with these participants and will be published from Monday on our pages (Facebook and LinkedIn) and on our website and Google Business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
