B\u00c9NIN aims to strengthen the employability of young graduates in the UEMOA region, promote the internationalisation of businesses and stimulate trade.<br \/>\nThis scheme offers UEMOA companies the opportunity to internationalise their businesses (services) and young people to<br \/>\nthe opportunity to undertake voluntary work placements in companies lasting between 12 and 24 months, enabling them to gain solid professional experience and develop an extensive professional network.<br \/>\nJob Booster Benin offers personalised support sessions to interested companies to help them register on the platform and express their need for qualified staff.<br \/>\nThe Director of Job Booster Benin and the coordinator of the TAI scheme, CEPHISE BEO AGUIAR, are delighted with the success
