On Wednesday 26 March 2025, a wind of opportunity blew through the commune of Lokossa with the signing of an ambitious partnership agreement between Job Booster Benin and \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0a\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc00.<\/p>\n
This historic agreement marks a crucial stage in the promotion of the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) and a significant improvement in the prospects for professional integration for young people in the Lokossa commune.<\/p>\n

This ceremony formalises a fruitful collaboration aimed at creating a favourable ecosystem for the emergence and development of SSE initiatives led by young people in the commune of Lokossa.<\/p>\n
A shared commitment to empowering young people, aware of the challenges of youth unemployment and the immense potential of the SSE to create sustainable jobs and positive social impact.<\/p>\n
This strategic partnership will focus on several key areas:<\/p>\n
\u2713 SSE awareness-raising and training: Organisation of information sessions, training workshops and seminars to familiarise young people in Lokossa with the principles, values and opportunities of SSE.<\/p>\n
\u2713 Support for the creation of SSE projects: Establishment of a personalised support scheme for young people with ideas for SSE projects, from conception to implementation and development of their activities.<\/p>\n
\u2713 Facilitating access to Funding: Exploring and connecting with funding mechanisms suitable for SSE projects, whether microfinance, grants or other forms of financial support.<\/p>\n
\u2713 Capacity-building for local players: Organisation of training and exchanges to strengthen the skills of local players (associations, cooperatives, etc.) involved in the SSE and the integration of young people.<\/p>\n
\u2713 Creation of networks and synergies: Promote networking between young social entrepreneurs, SSE organisations and local economic players to stimulate collaboration and the emergence of synergies.<\/p>\n
